Territory Sales Officer( Field)

Full job description

Responsibilities :

  • Daily or weekly report on the visit & execution plan.
  • Responsible for business development in the allocated area as per pre-defined plan.
  • Achieve business development as well as Sales Targets.
  • Daily visit to Interlock Tile manufacturing unit based on targets and ensure maximum productivity from the visits.
  • Properly educate the customers regarding our products.
  • Properly communicate the schemes regarding our products.
  • Responsible for studying and analysing customer purchasing patterns.
  • Ensure on-time payment collection.
  • Collect customer feedbacks and address the concerns properly without any delays.
  • Monitoring competitor sales activities within the assigned territory.
  • Travelling required – 100%
  • System Knowledge
  • Basic MS office

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education: Any graduation. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Work Mode:

This is a field-based position with no requirement for daily office attendance. Work will be conducted on-site at designated field locations.

  • Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
