Responsibilities :
- Daily or weekly report on the visit & execution plan.
- Responsible for business development in the allocated area as per pre-defined plan.
- Achieve business development as well as Sales Targets.
- Daily visit to Interlock Tile manufacturing unit based on targets and ensure maximum productivity from the visits.
- Properly educate the customers regarding our products.
- Properly communicate the schemes regarding our products.
- Responsible for studying and analysing customer purchasing patterns.
- Ensure on-time payment collection.
- Collect customer feedbacks and address the concerns properly without any delays.
- Monitoring competitor sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Travelling required – 100%
- System Knowledge
- Basic MS office
Requirements and Skills:
- Education: Any graduation. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Work Mode:
This is a field-based position with no requirement for daily office attendance. Work will be conducted on-site at designated field locations.
- Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory)
