Kasaragod is set to become the hub of Kerala’s growing youth entrepreneurship movement with the IEDC (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre) Summit scheduled to be held on December 22. The summit will bring together young innovators, startup founders, mentors, and industry experts to showcase ideas, exchange knowledge, and promote innovation-driven enterprises. A major highlight of the event is the launch/readiness of India’s first Innovation Train, a unique initiative aimed at fostering creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking among students and young professionals. The train is designed as a moving innovation platform, offering learning sessions, idea-sharing opportunities, and exposure to emerging technologies.

The Central University of Kerala (CUK) has released an official recruitment notification inviting applications for the posts of Registrar, Finance Officer, and Librarian. These appointments will be made through direct recruitment on a regular basis. The recruitment drive aims to strengthen the university’s administrative and academic support system by appointing experienced and qualified professionals. Eligible candidates must meet the prescribed educational qualifications, experience, and eligibility criteria as per University Grants Commission (UGC) and Government of India norms. Interested applicants are required to submit their applications online through the official university website within the specified deadline. After completing the online application process, candidates must also send a hard copy of the application along with self-attested supporting documents to the university address as mentioned in the notification.
