We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
– Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
– Address complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain high satisfaction.
– Follow up on customer feedback and contribute to improving service quality.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities for upselling.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
